Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Cure Product, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining complete transparency in all customer and distributor transactions. This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions related to product returns, refunds, replacements, buy-back requests, and order cancellations.

Product Return & Replacement Policy

In case of any dissatisfaction regarding product quality, manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, wrong product delivery, or packaging issues, Customers or Distributors are eligible to request a return, replacement, or exchange of the product.

The Customer or Distributor must contact the Distributor or the Company from whom the product was purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. A valid reason for return along with the original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided for verification purposes.

Products returned should preferably be unused, properly packed, and in saleable condition. The Company reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund, replacement, or exchange request.

If a Customer returns a product, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to resolve the concern by either providing a replacement product or issuing a refund to the Customer. The Distributor may subsequently return the product to the Company along with the original invoice and return details.

Upon successful verification of the returned product, the Company may:

  • Replace the returned product free of cost
  • Issue a refund for the eligible amount
  • Provide a credit note or cash voucher of the same value
  • Allow the Distributor to use the voucher for future purchases

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are generally processed within 7–15 working days after approval, depending on the payment method and verification process.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions should be satisfied:

  • The return request must be raised within the eligible return period
  • The product should not be intentionally damaged or misused
  • The original packaging and labels should be available wherever possible
  • The product should not be expired at the time of return
  • The returned item must match the invoice details

The Company reserves the right to reject return requests if the above conditions are not fulfilled.

Buy-Back Policy

The Company offers a transparent Buy-Back Policy for Distributors who wish to voluntarily resign from their distributorship. Under this policy, the Company agrees to repurchase eligible products from the resigning Distributor subject to the terms mentioned below.

Products eligible for buy-back must be:

  • Purchased directly from the Company
  • In good, marketable, and resaleable condition
  • Unused, unopened, and unaltered
  • Properly sealed with original packaging intact
  • Having a minimum remaining shelf life of at least three (3) months

Products that are damaged, partially used, expired, or unsuitable for resale may not be accepted under the Buy-Back Policy.

If the Distributor resigns within 30 days from the date of product purchase, the Company shall provide a full refund for all eligible returned products.

If the resignation occurs after 30 days, the refund amount shall be equal to the Distributor purchase cost of the returned products after deducting:

  • Total bonuses, commissions, or incentives paid on the original purchase
  • Applicable taxes or government charges, if any
  • 10% service and handling charges

This Buy-Back Policy is introduced to encourage responsible purchasing, prevent unnecessary inventory accumulation, and maintain smooth business operations within the distribution system.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers or Distributors may request cancellation of an order before the order is packed, processed, or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the return policy shall apply instead.

The Company also reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Technical or pricing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Violation of Company policies or terms

In such situations, Customers or Distributors shall be informed accordingly and eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
